Today Jacob brought 3 chicks to Room 9.
Everyone got a turn to pat the chicks.
It was raining on the day that the chicks came to Room 9.
They were very smelly!
We tried to feed the chicks but they did not want the food.
Check out the photos!

ReplyDeleteI am glad you all liked the chicks. Thank you for being so gentle with them. I think they all liked their visit to Room 9. I thought your assembly was great - especially the fantastic singing. All the girls looked so pretty in your spring clothes.
ReplyDeleteHi Room 9, those chicks look really cute. You took some great pictures of them. Were the chicks really fluffy?

those chicks look pretty cute...looking forward to having scrambled eggs from one of them some day. Eliza cant wait until we get our own pets- Like a PUPPY!! and a horse...and a guinea pig...and a rabbit...and a pony...
ReplyDeleteNow see you'd think that the Chicks would be hungry and eat all the food that was put in front of them and it really suprises me that they didn't. I liked the writing that went with this post and also how the photographs tied in so nicely with it - I didn't need to be there I felt like I was by reading the article.
